Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of serverforgeapp.com and the ServerForge Discord bot (together, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

The Service

ServerForge is an AI-assisted Discord server builder. It lets you design channels, roles, and settings, deploy them to a Discord server you administer via our bot, generate AI assets (emotes, icons, banners, overlays), and buy or sell server/asset packs on our marketplace.

Eligibility & Your Discord Account

You need a Discord account to use ServerForge, and must meet Discord's own minimum age and account requirements. You're responsible for complying with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines in addition to these terms. Deploying a design requires Manage Server permission on the target server and inviting the ServerForge bot to it.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to build or generate content that's illegal, hateful, harassing, or violates Discord's Community Guidelines
  • Use the AI generation features to create content depicting real people without consent, or that infringes someone else's intellectual property
  • Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the Service or its rate limits
  • Deploy the bot to a server you don't have permission to manage
  • Resell or redistribute the Service itself (as opposed to assets you create with it, which are yours — see below)

We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these terms.

Payments, Credits & Subscriptions

Some features (AI Studio generations, Pro/Studio plans, marketplace packs) require payment, processed by Stripe or Shopify. Credits and subscription plans are described at time of purchase on our pricing page. Purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law or stated otherwise at checkout; contact support if something went wrong with a charge.

Your Content & AI-Generated Assets

You own the server designs you create and the AI-generated assets (emotes, icons, banners, etc.) produced from your prompts, subject to the underlying AI providers' own usage terms and to not infringing anyone else's rights. You're responsible for the prompts you submit and the content you deploy to your servers.

Marketplace

If you list assets or packs for sale, you're confirming you have the rights to sell them, and you grant buyers a license to use what they purchase. We may review, feature, or remove listings at our discretion, including for policy violations.

Third-Party Services

ServerForge relies on Discord, Anthropic, OpenAI, Stripe, Shopify, and other providers to operate. Your use of features backed by those providers is also subject to their own terms, and we're not responsible for their availability or conduct.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will always meet your expectations or be free of mistakes. Discord API and platform changes outside our control can affect what the Service can do.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ServerForge won't be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Termination

You can stop using the Service and disconnect your Discord account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or Discord's policies, or that abuse the Service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
